📅 Orders with Deadline > 24 Hours

• You may cancel your order before completion, subject to the conditions below.
• If dissatisfied with the delivered work, we offer unlimited revisions strictly based on your original instructions only.
• All feedback for revisions must be clear, specific, and aligned with the initial requirements provided at the time of order placement, including but not limited to:
  • Assessment brief
  • Marking rubric
  • Referencing style
  • Expected number of references
  • Word count and academic level
• Quality-Based Refund Policy:
  • We offer two primary quality parameters: Standard Quality and HD Quality.
  • If a student pays for HD Quality but receives work assessed at Standard level, the student will be eligible for a partial refund equal to the price difference between the two quality tiers.
    Example: Standard: $100, HD: $150, Refund: $50
  • Quality parameters are further classified into four academic sub-levels:
    • Pass
    • Credit
    • Distinction
    • High Distinction
  • If a student selects a higher academic quality (e.g., Distinction) but receives a lower outcome (e.g., Credit), they will be eligible for a partial refund equal to the price difference between the two selected quality levels.
    Example: Credit: $150, Distinction: $180, Refund: $30
• High-Value Orders (GBP 200 or Above):
  • For orders valued at GBP 200 or more, the maximum refundable amount is limited to 50% of the total order value.
  • This limitation applies because:
    • Taxes, service charges, and payment-processing fees are non-refundable.
    • 20% of the total order value is paid to the expert in all cases, irrespective of the assignment outcome.

⚠️ Important: Revisions do not include additional work beyond the original brief. For example, requesting 10 references in a 300-word paper when this was not stated initially will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

🔄 Clarifications and Queries

• If any part of your order is unclear, the expert will raise a query.
• You must respond within 24 hours. Failure to do so will:
  • Allow the expert to proceed based on their best academic judgment.
  • Render the order ineligible for revision or refund.

⌛ Missed Deadlines

• If we miss a deadline (excluding delays caused by late responses from your side):
  • You are entitled to a full refund, or
  • We will complete your next assignment free of charge.
• If a clarification query is raised and your response exceeds 12 hours, an additional 12 hours may be added to the deadline.

🕒 This clause is not applicable to assignments with deadlines of less than 24 hours.

📉 Failed Assignments (Grade-Based Refund)

• In the rare event that you receive a fail grade for work completed by us, you are eligible for:
  • A full refund, or
  • A free assignment of equivalent value.
• Valid documentary proof is mandatory, including:
  • A clearly visible graded paper
